He advises software companies, industrial companies and international groups on intellectual property portfolios, IT contracts and data protection, working directly with legal, finance and technology leadership.
Recent work includes intellectual property due diligence on an acquisition valued at more than €100 million, the negotiation of build-and-run ERP contracts for a group of 2,000 employees, and an outsourced Data Protection Officer engagement for a mid-sized commercial real estate group.
