Quote
ipolit places great importance on fee transparency. Before any service is carried out, a tailored quote is provided to the client based on their specific needs. The assignment begins only after the client’s approval.
Flat fee
Whenever possible, ipolit provides the client with a flat fee (fixed or within a defined range), allowing them to know in advance the budget allocated to the assignment.
The flat fee is determined by ipolit based on the complexity and stakes of the matter.
Unless there is a change in the initial scope of the assignment as detailed in the quote, no additional fees will be charged beyond the agreed flat fee without the client’s prior consent.
Hourly rate
When the nature of the assignment does not allow for a flat fee — for instance, when the scope or duration of the work cannot be determined in advance — ipolit operates on a time-spent basis, according to the firm’s current hourly rate.
Subscription plan
For recurring legal needs, ipolit offers tailor-made monthly subscription plans, with no long-term commitment, calculated on the basis of a preferential hourly rate.
